I have received an Amtrak 'PNR' from Rail Plus, how do I exchange this for my actual ticket?

Please print the document containing your Amtrak PNR as this needs to be exchanged prior to boarding. Please allow time to do this, we recommend at least 1 hour.
Tickets can be picked up at Quick-Trak kiosks or ticket offices located at all major Amtrak stations- just use your credit card to activate the kiosk and enter your reservation number as listed on your e-ticket. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED. The Quick-Trak Kiosk will print your tickets.

I have received an Amtrak 'eTicket' from Rail Plus, how do I use this?

This is your actual ticket, once you have it in hand, you are ready to board the train. Please print the eTicket and bring this along with photo identification to show the conductor aboard the train.

Will I need ID?

If your trip involves an International border crossing, you must carry with you proof of citizenship, and proof of identity.
Amtrak requires passengers to carry a passport at all times as proof of identity.
